The company is located in Baiguantun Town, Fengrun District, Tangshan City, adjacent to the Beijing-Harbin Expressway and Fengrun Station of the Beijing-Harbin Railway, boasting a superior geographical location and convenient transportation and logistics. Relying on the industrial advantages of Tangshan's industrial base, the company is equipped with advanced production equipment and a comprehensive testing system, and has established a professional technical team, with technical personnel accounting for more than 20% of its total employees. The production process strictly complies with the national standard GB/T 17445-2008 Casting Grinding Balls , and product quality is controlled throughout the entire chain, from raw material proportioning, medium-frequency electric furnace smelting (at a temperature of 1570°C) to casting molding, heat treatment and finished product inspection, ensuring that key indicators such as the hardness of the wear-resistant layer reach international standards.
The company's core products mainly include castings, multi-alloy casting grinding balls, casting grinding rods, mining machinery parts, and lining plates. These products feature complete specifications and excellent wear resistance, and are widely used in grinding industries such as mineral processing, cement plants, power plants, building materials, chemical engineering, and silica sand plants.
We specialize in the production of all kinds of cast steel and cast iron parts, from drawing design, mold making to precision casting and machining in one stop.
The product has complete materials, accurate dimensions, smooth surface and stable mechanical properties, and can be customized and processed according to customer needs.
